On mixed volume & continuous production runs, standard kitting and component supply is no longer favourable in a manufacturing environment. Nitronics’ approach to this is offering DSC: Dynamic Stock Control.
What is DSC:
Reduced manufacturing costs, Reduced Lead-Times, No Component Shortages (Machine Down Time), Stock Analysis & Reporting and Lean Manufacturing.
• Reduced Cost: Volume purchasing of full manufacturers pack sizes
• Reduced Lead-Times: Multiple Sources direct with the manufacturers, global franchised and 37 years’ worth of sourcing electronic components from approved suppliers only.
• No Component Shortages = No Machine Down Time: No BOM will be short or incomplete of material to build unless otherwise agreed.
• Stock Analysis and Reporting: Real time stock reports of WIP and product on the shelf, monitoring all future building in the process. After a batch is completed, we re-stock check the reel/components, leader where required and prepare goods for the next production run.
• Lean Manufacturing: Reducing Component Wastage, Machine Down Time and Re-sale of no longer required components.

Stock Agreements:
12-month stock agreements. If the price fluctuates within this period or exchange rates change, new pricing will be agreed at the point of change.
We will always have at least enough material in stock for the next production run, meaning no manufacturing down time or delays.
Vendor Reduction:
You will receive one invoice at the point of each production run, reducing the cost to your business in all areas: Stores, Admin, Accounts and hidden costs i.e., Postage and Packaging and component preparation.
Free Issue Customer Stock:
We can stock check your current stock, prepare it ready for machines and unitise it until your stock has run out, or if you wish to continue to supply a group of parts, we will accept this.
Customer commitment:
A covering P.O. is to be issued to cover the total cost of the material upfront, you will only be invoiced once the material is used for each drop.
