After taking a design brief from the OEM Our in-house design team set to work with a PCB layout design and a custom-made Metal enclosure to house the product. With the power distribution designed by Nitronics and teaming up with industry giants Meanwell, the supply was quickly designed and into production.
The product is fully hand assembled in our U.K. production facility, allowing us to keep a close eye on the quality and delivery of the product. With our trained in house solderers, we are constantly keeping the quality of this product at a premium. The beauty of this product is that it
uses all our capabilities, from pre-production Electronic Component kitting and other associated material, cable assembles, and final box build assembly and test.
With our in-house design test system, we can monitor, and soak test the supplies, we can record all performance aspects of the PSU over multiple channels, Temperature, Voltage, Wattage and Amps.
