A positive start to 2023 with lots of customer meetings old and new, some inspirational meetings, seeing how customers operate and how we can fit their needs in component supply and end to end manufacturing. We have now become a global supplier of manufactured goods suppling: China, The USA, Spain and Germany.

One of our overseas customers has won Car, HiFi Product of the Year which we are hugely proud to be a part of – our involvement in this project has been full turnkey from components to assembly and box build.

With climate change and green credentials being a huge focus in 2023 for Nitronics we look towards how we can play our part.  We are investing in future proofing the business and how we can control the cost of our overheads with a brand new highly insulated roof being fitted with a PV Panel.

We aim to bring in electric/hybrid vehicles and review all of our packaging to help make a change.

We have continued to invest in new machinery to help reduce the cost of manufacturing, improving efficiency and consistency in quality with more applicators for crimping and additional presses.  We have commissioned the design of our own large format wiring system which will allow us to build any size loom and we aim to be able to build up to 12 simultaneously, making us the leading manufacturer of looms for the Special Vehicle, Gaming, and various other industries.

Our bespoke clean room Electronic Component kitting department is almost complete and will soon be fitted with all the latest equipment – brand new component baking, moisture control and vacuum sealing equipment is being installed.
